- Ensured the turnover doubles to Rs 250 Crores, to maintain viability of an over leveraged Auto ancillary by effective deployment of surplus to increase capacity and also prepay expensive debt. Prudent cashflow management ensured upgrade of Credit rating from BB+ to -A and lowered its finance cost.
- Financial closure with lenders in Indonesia, to double the capacity to 150,000 M Ton per annum for a stainless-steel cold rolling mill during the difficult period of 2008-09 (global economic crisis).
- Remodelled Euro 100 million debt, for the Germany subsidiary of an Auto ancillary. Strategically positioned the security sharing and financial covenants, among lending institutions.
- Turned around a sheet metal business of strategic importance, installed a model to prioritise and categorise products in baskets, identified talent gap and institutionalise organisational learning. Prioritised investments, to address customer requirement for quality and uninterrupted supplies.
- Executed the turnaround strategy for a packaging company by rationalised team size and eliminated redundant processes.
- Implemented Growth strategy for a packaging company, by achieving financial closure for first expansion at the bottom of the industry cycle, giving edge leading to Strategic acquisition of its closest competitor and its amalgamation. Executed further expansion project through funding from multilateral institution (IFC Washington)
- Sustained the operations and maintained going concern of a Garment company having 4500+ workmen, during resolution process under Court supervision, and the interest of various stakeholders (in Indonesia)
- Settled pending cases, claims, counter claims and disputes of over Rs 400 Crores, for a projects and hardware company, with its customers and suppliers
- Banking and Merchant banking relationship in Singapore, Hong Kong and Switzerland
- Implemented promoter’s strategic exit from a Car rental (Services) company, after exploring options in revival, sell off and structured reorganisation, to cut losses and distraction to management time.
- Assessed takeover / acquisition opportunities in Europe, in packaging and auto sector.
