Padmini Sridhar is a Chartered Accountant and Finance Professional with over 20 years in leading Finance , Audit and Accounting groups.

She has been part of the SME sector, both at the time of running family business and also while in CA practice by playing an active role in monitoring SME accounts of some Banks.

Padmini has been a first time entrepreneur handling all facets of the family automobile dealership business having annual turnover of about 75 crores including setting of budgets, acting as liaison with manufacturers and suppliers, coordinating with banks and other financial institutions for availing of credit facilities and ensure proper service of the loans availed, coordinating with insurance and finance companies to ensure maximum in- house insurance and finance options.

She expanded operations of G.Jai & Associates, a Delhi based CA firm to South India, covering all four states , and specialised in monitoring of SME accounts of several Banks, both for prospective and current customers with the objective of ensuring end use of funds .
Other Areas of work in the firm handled by her were Internal Audit/Leakage Audit/Systems Audit for several companies and Preparation of Project Report, Viability Studies, Due Diligence on behalf of Banks, preparation of CMA data etc for companies for the purpose of availing loans from Banks.

Padmini has worked with Ernst and Young, GSS division in their Financial Services and Risk Management practice. She worked on Derivative valuations for US entities and had also completed a Compliance assignment for a large Bank in New York.

Currently, Padmini is a partner of G. Jai & Associates, a CA Firm, and is taking care of all operations in South India. She is a Senior Member of the risk management team in the firm, and also a part of the forensic audit initiative in the firm.

She is registered Insolvency Professional under Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016
