CA Shashi Kant Nemani is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary is a practicing chartered accountant since 1985. I lead the firm, Nemani Garg Agarwal & Co, Chartered Accountants, having a team of professionals and offices at Delhi, Mumbai, and Ghaziabad. Have full support system of assignment as IRP/RP/Liquidator under IBC Act.
During the period have experience of Project/working capital finance, legal and company law work, M& A consulting, project evaluation and monitoring of the project etc. over and above the traditional practice as chartered accountants.
Further to being a FCA and FCS have done post qualification course in Information System Audit, and certificate course on Forensic Accounting & Fraud Detection from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Mr.Nemani have the following relevant experience which may be useful in assignment under IBC Act:
- Have worked for settlement of Polar Marmo Agglomerates Ltd with ARCIL last year.
- Have done TEVS for some of the invested units of IFCI and SBI.
- Have done business valuation, share valuation in many cases.
- Have worked for settlement in the following cases:
- M/s. Omkam Developers Ltd. .
- Vishesh Infotecnics Ltd.
- Have settled 2 edible oil units dues and arrange for the buyer i.e. Sanwaria Agro Oils Ltd.
- Is presently handling one CIRP case allotted by TFCI and one liquidation case in Delhi under the IBC law.
- Is empanelled with IBBI, SBI
- Is on the panel of Official Liquidator
- Is providing advisory services to one large ARC company Asset Care & Reconstruction Enterprises Ltd
- Have provided consultancy to various companies in BIFR in the past.
